Sony Xperia Pro 2021
Sony recently launched its Xperia Pro smartphone in International Market at a price of around $2500. The company had earlier announced that the Xperia Z will rollout in 60 countries. Even the price tag is somewhat sugary, especially after the latest pricing fiasco.
Sony’s flagship device – Xperia Pro – is a powerful smartphone targeted at the high end market. Xperia Pro features a gorgeous 6.5-inch display at a resolution of 1644×3840 pixels powered by Sony’s Bravia engine. At its heart lies the Qualcomm SM8250 Snapdragon 865 5G (7 nm+). The octa-core processor is supported by 12GB of RAM and the smartphone comes with 512GB of internal memory. There’s a microSD slot in case you need more storage.
The Xperia Pro will seem more relevant in a highly competitive market with its dustproof and waterproof features. The phone is housed in a highly protective unibody case, covered with Corning’s Gorilla Glass 6 that adds to the phone’s durability. It makes all the sense in the world to buy a phone that doesn’t get easily damaged in a little rain or a splash of water and prevents dust from screwing things up.
The Xperia Pro is priced at $2500 in the international market. We’re pretty sure the price would have been somewhere close to that comfortable marks if the excise duty on mobile phones worldwide wasn’t hiked. The smartphone is available in the market by 27 January, 2021. Several online retailers will start accepting pre-orders starting today (Flipkart and others are already taking pre-orders at the current price but these prices are expected to fall shortly. So if you could wait a few weeks you can save a few bucks). While we can’t find a reason why one should purchase the Xperia Pro, you might want to compare it with the other competitors. Samsung has recently released its latest Galaxy S21 series. The Galaxy S21 Ultra is tempting enough. We can only wait and watch the reviews for deciding who crushed whom.
